Standard pieces
that are ordered through our online system may be paid for via Paypal,
or credit cards through Paypal. If you wish to pay by
check, you may do so by placing your order through
email or by calling
336-859-3348. Checks must
clear the bank before shipment. Standard pieces are
painstakingly packaged by us and shipped using UPS. We
have carefully examined the rates of UPS and the constraints of
Paypal and set up our shipping tables in a way that we feel is
fair to our customers. We do not wish to profit from
shipping, but at the same time, we do not want to lose money
either.
Standard pieces that are
in stock should reach you in 2-7 business days. If we are
currently out of stock for an item you ordered, you will be
informed via email of that fact and advised of a realistic
delivery time.
Custom orders are
made via phone (336-859-3348) so that we can discuss the
details of your project and make an accurate quote for both its
costs and delivery time. These items will be delivered by
a professional moving company. We will quote exact
shipping charges once the item is complete. We expect 50%
of payment on custom orders before the project begins and the
remaining 50% and shipping charges once the project is complete.
When the piece is paid in full, we will ship it to you.
On custom orders, please
examine the piece when it arrives. Damages that occur
during the shipping process are the sole responsibility of the
shipping company and restitution is their responsibility.
